Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours prior to the booked session without charge.

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the session will incur a 20% service fee.

Cancellations or changes made less than 1 hour before the scheduled session will incur a 50% service fee.
