Rubidium Healthcare care is run by me, Maeve a nurse actively registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (N.M.C.). With over 21 years of extensive clinical experience, I have worked across most clinical settings, NHS, private, everything from urgent care to end of life, staff nurse to clinical lead and manager. Having a clinical background allows continuous assessments of our clients to make sure that all care plans are relevant, effective and the most appropriate for them. All our support is based upon current evidence-based guidelines to enable us to provide the most tailor made, comprehensive and holistic support available. Services include but are not limited to:
- Help with daily activities of daily living also known as ADLS such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Companionship to reduce loneliness and promote emotional well-being
- Assistance with mobility and transportation
- Specialized care for chronic conditions
